is a leading producer of trade publications, journals, books directories,
catalogs, and technical documentation. Johnson maintains an FTP site where
major customers conveniently upload digital files. Until recently, no automatic
notification system was in place, so customers were asked to call or email
their Johnson customer service rep to apprise them that a file had been sent.
If the customer neglected to do so, precious time may have been lost while the
file sat unannounced. Niwot designed You've Got Files! to resolve this issue.
According to Brian McMaster, Johnson Printing Systems Administrator, "In
